Baby Arrival
We had a 5lb 4oz baby boy today at 1:53 in the afternoon born at 33+ weeks. No name yet. Baby is in the NICU but doing well and should come home within three weeks. Brenda, too, is in the ICU. She is doing well after a significant (4 L) blood loss due to her placenta accreta, which required a hysterectomy immediately after the C-section. She was mentally prepared for the high likelihood of a hysterectomy, but it is still a bit of a letdown. Given the circumstances, everything has gone very well. Sorry, no pictures yet. More to come!

Congratulations!! I'm glad baby and Brenda are doing well. Tell Brenda I'm sorry that she got another "odd" baby, I was rooting for her to get an even one ;) But the 15th is a good odd day, at least it isn't a prime number, to me those odd numbers are worse. OK, enough numbers! We are happy for you guys and can't wait to see pictures!
Congrats!! WOW 5lbs you grow them big(for a 33 week baby). Sorry about your baby is in the nicu, my little boy was born at 31 weeks and is only 2 pounds. You will be in our prayers.

YAY! Congratulations you guys! I am so glad that he was over 5 pounds and doing so good. You are unbelievable Brenda and I am so happy for you and that you are doing good. Get some sleep while you can and try to recover from your surgery. Congrats Ty, Drew and Matt for being new big brothers!!

Ryan and Brenda! I am so pumped up! You are parents to another awesome boy!!!!! Talk about mega testosterone in the home!!!! I love it!!!! I am so very happy!!!!! Is there any other way to convey my excitement other than !!!!!!!!! ? I could just jump up and down....Brenda it's high time for a pedicure!!!!! Love you guys!
